• Comment: I was offered a free garage door inspection by a new company, Wagmore Garage Doors. My St Augustine home is about 9 years old and the doors were working fine but I figured I would take advantage of the opportunity. A couple of clean cut young men rang my doorbell promptly at 2:00 pm, as scheduled. They explained what they were going to do, emphasizing that there was no cost to me for the inspection. They proceeded to systematically go through all of the working parts both garage doors. They noted a squeaks and some wear. They told me that nothing needed replacing at this point but told me what to watch for, then greased the rails at no cost. They stated they were just starting their own company after extensive training, as well as working in the field for other companies. It was clear that these young men’s goal was to offer a superior customer experience and fair, honest and transparent pricing. Honestly, I was impressed with their knowledge, abilities and communication skills. These young men were very impressive, I expect they will do very well based on today’s experience.
