Safe & Sound Inspection on two doors. Performed a Safe & Sound Inspection on a 16x7 uninsulated door with a LiftMaster belt drive opener. Customer reported broken springs and cables. Inspection confirmed both springs were broken; cables had slipped off the drums but remained intact. Rollers showing wear, hinges dry. Replaced both torsion springs and lubricated the door. Tested and confirmed door and opener operating properly.
