Safe & Sound Inspection on two doors. 16x7 LiftMaster belt drive: found grinding rollers, loose belt, and previously damaged operator bracket. 16x8 LiftMaster chain drive: found off-center opener, unlevel back-hang brackets, and failed roller. Replaced rollers and operator brackets on both doors, correctly reinstalled 16x8 opener and brackets, lubricated all moving parts on both doors, reset limits, and programmed new 2-button remote to both doors.
