Performed Safe & Sound Inspection on a 16x7 Wayne Dalton door with Linear opener. Customer reported no maintenance in six years and raised concerns about exposed sensor wires. Inspection confirmed exposed and loose wiring on both safety sensors, a burnt-out lightbulb, missing pull cord handle, dry hinges causing black dust buildup, and a loud noise at full close due to an uneven door frame. Customer signed up for our three-year maintenance plan. Completed maintenance including lubrication of all hinges, rollers, bearings, springs, and opener rail; replaced the lightbulb; installed a pull cord handle; re-secured sensor wiring; and reset opener limits.
