Completed safe and sound inspection on 16 x 7 Wayne Dalton, torque master door with older genie chain drive opener.

On arrival we found multiple issues with the door, including lack of lubrication, heavy, spring, and opener limits, not set properly, causing the door to open anytime it was closed.

Brought all of our findings to the customer and explained everything in detail. Made recommendations to maintenance the door and reset the limits as well as to perform a torque master conversion and to replace the opener.
