Performed Safe & Sound Inspection on 10' x 7' pan door (circa 1980s) with extension spring system and Chamberlain chain drive opener (2014). The door operates but shows uneven movement due to aging extension springs. Extension springs are an outdated system that we do not service or support. Additional wear noted: rollers are worn; hinges and cables show rust deterioration. Informed customer of the deteriorating components and recommended full door replacement.
