Customer stated on arrival that they were having issues with their keypad. We performed a comprehensive inspection of the door and opener, testing all components. Most door components are original equipment from the early 2000s, though the customer reported having the spring replaced previously. During testing, we determined that the keypad had failed and required replacement. We presented the customer with a replacement option, received their approval on the estimate, and proceeded with installation. The new keypad was programmed with the customer's desired code and tested to confirm proper operation with the opener.
